The Process

Every batch starts from the same base, the Johnson family recipe, and gets built from there by hand. The machines here turn 1.3 gallons at a time, mixed by hand right on the farm.

Mix-Ins

Cherries get chopped by hand, and so do the cookies. Apple pie gets broken down the same way, piece by piece, before it's added to the batch.
